Sushi

Observation:  Sushi is one of my favorite foods.  I could eat it everyday.  Sushi I have found out has something called Red Algae in it.  Red Algae is a source of sushi that is consumed by humans everyday (wikipedia.org. 2011).  Most rhodophytes are marine, although there are freshwater species; these generally prefer clean, running water, although there are some exceptions (wikipedia.org, 2011).
